Client Communication
Open communication greatly enhances our ability to provide superior long-term results. Regular personal contact via telephone or e-mail at all levels is critical in the management of our client relationships. It is through regular communication that strategies can be modified as client needs evolve. A variety of reports, tailored to clients’ specific requirements can also be provided.
Account Administration
Our staff handles the daily administration of client accounts in conjunction with the custodian. Some of the services provided include: Periodic or special payments from accounts, arrangement for tax and other expense payments, and the arrangement of collateralized loans. A detailed year-end tax summary of all dividend and interest income as well as capital gains and losses is provided for ease in tax preparation.
Custody of Assets
Portfolio securities are held by independent custodians, such as State Street Bank & Trust Company or selected brokerage firms, in a segregated safekeeping account in the name of the client. As custodian, they collect and credit all income, settle purchases and sales, execute delivery/receipt instructions, and provide information on corporate action items. Regular account reconciliation of all cash and security positions and daily communication with the custodians enable us to ensure the integrity and accuracy of custody reports.
